Get More Inquiries Using Better Call-to-Action (CTA)

Today I’m going to suggest that you review your website and specifically take a look at how you use different CALL-TO-ACTIONS throughout your site. Properly used, CTAs can significantly increase the number of inquiries you get.

You might use a graphic, you can use links to your contact form in your page copy, and a CTA should be at the bottom of every page and blog post. Some websites I’ve worked on I put an inquiry form at the bottom of a page. These are particularly valuable on your home page, on your Frequently Asked Questions page, and on your “Applause” or testimonials page.

I like to see at least three call-to-actions on every page, four if you are counting your main navigation “Contact” link.

Tomorrow, why blogging is such an important part of your Internet marketing strategy.
