One way to keep track of what people are saying about your business is to use Google Alerts (http://google.com/alerts). Google Alerts scans the Internet and when it finds the keywords/phrases you are tracking it sends you an alert – in this case your company name. The alerts can be sent instantly, once daily, or as a weekly digest.
Google alerts is also a great way to keep tabs on your competition. You can track any keyword/phrase and as many as you’d like.
