Google loves FAST. Google rewards fast.
As previously discussed here at Practical Online Marketing, Google wants to create a favorable visitor experience for people who use its search engine, including when they pass someone from their search engine results page (SERP) to your website. One of the things Google wants to see at your website is speed, and that means fast loading web pages. Page load times are a consideration when designing a website and many variables impact page load times, including layout, background scripts, streamlined coding, and of course your website hosting. There are many tools out there that calculate speed scores. I recommend that you use the Google Search Console to find out what Google thinks about the speed of your website.
