Sooner or later you’ll end up calling your hosting company, whether it is Go Daddy, Hostgator, or some other hosting company.
When calling technical support for your hosting/domain/email issues be sure that the support person you speak to has your call-back number.
Ask them if they do, and ask them to repeat it back to you. Also ask them, “if we get disconnected you will call me back, right?” Get their name also.
Too often these support calls get mysteriously “dropped.” When this happens and you call back in you are at the end of the tech. support queue again and it wastes valuable time.
