Q: Chris, is there a way to add someone so they can see my Google Analytics account information without having to give them my login and password?
A: Yes there is and it’s probably not a good idea to share your login and password to do this. The process is simple:
1) Login to Google Analytics
2) If you track multiple accounts select the Google Analytics account you want to add a user to.
3) Click on the User tab
4) Click on the Add option (and follow the directions)
You have the option to add someone as a basic user (they can basically only view) or an Administrator (they have more access to configure and use advanced Google Analytics options.
You also have the check-box option to notify that new Google Analytics user by email.
You’ll find more detailed information in the Google Support Forums.
